The rules of Iron Blogger state something that wasn’t true when they were written:
- You can’t owe more than $30.
Simply because it hadn’t been implemented. Back in July we started Iron Blogger Boston up again, and I said I would implement the $30 debt cap before it actually came up. Damien said something about Just-In-Time Development, which I thought was pretty funny. I kept to my word; by the time anyone had hit the cap the software did the right thing with it.
This coming Friday is the first Iron Blogger Boston party, and as of right now, the software provides no way of resetting the accounting as the rules say it should. So, rather than spend a bunch of time writing a lengthy blog post, I’m going to spend the time hacking on Iron Blogger. See you next week.
