I don’t like carrying change around, so whenever I get home I dump whatever I have in my pockets in a jar on my dresser. Once it’s full, I take it to a Coinstar machine.
Inevitably, each time I do this the machine rejects a few coins. Sometimes they’re just seriously beat up, to the point where the machine can’t tell what they are. More often they’re Canadian. This past week, the machine spit this back out:
